I couldn’t do this blog without putting in my family favorite the Bagel-Eggel-Cheesel.  This is a wonderful breakfast sandwich or anytime sandwich. I don’t know where the name came from. I think it just happened one morning and it stuck.

1 bagel
2 slices of bacon
1 egg
1 slice of cheese

Fry bacon and remove from pan. Drain off excess bacon grease. Fry egg. While eggs cooks, toast bagel. When egg is done place on piece of cheese to melt. Place egg on bagel and then the cheese.  Enjoy!!
