Baked Egg Rolls
This is a great alternative to fried egg rolls. You can put almost anything in them. Make a good side dish or cut in half for appetizers. I enjoy them almost as much as when I’d fry them.
Chicken Fries
My husband and I were on the carb diet at one point. It was hard for me to find enough carb free things to eat and that I enjoyed eating. I’m not saying this is recipe should be on any “diet” but at the time we thought it was OK to eat it. But it tasted GREAT!
Cordon Bleu with a Twist
My husband and I love chicken so I try to find new ways to make it interesting. I came up with this variety of Cordon Bleu before it was actually Cordon Bleu. I first made it without the prosciutto or the cheese (if you can believe no cheese) and we loved it. When my parents came to visit I decided to try something else with it, and it works. It’s a little more involved than many of my recipes but it’s definitely worth it.
